At Developmental Disabilities Ministries, Inc. (DDM), we’ve spent over 40 years creating empowering environments where individuals with developmental disabilities can thrive. Now, we’re embarking on a mission to transform the very spaces that have served as sanctuaries for so many: our group homes.

Why HomeRevive10?

Our group homes, many untouched for over 30 years, need a revival to match the vibrant lives of our residents. That’s why we’ve launched HomeRevive10: Renewing Spaces, Restoring Lives. This campaign will renovate and remodel ten homes, creating uplifting environments that enhance well-being and independence.

Key Projects Include:

• Kitchen Transformations: Modern, functional kitchens in two homes where residents and staff can gather, cook, and build community.

• Fresh Interiors: All ten homes will get a fresh coat of paint, creating cheerful and inspiring spaces.

• Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Flooring: Two homes will see outdated carpets replaced with beautiful, durable LVP flooring for improved accessibility and hygiene.

• Bathroom Updates: Two bathrooms will be upgraded to meet accessibility needs and enhance comfort.

• Plumbing Repairs: Essential plumbing fixes in one home to ensure a safe and functional living environment.

• Safety Updates: Electrical system rewiring in one home and removal of hazardous trees at three properties to protect residents and staff.
